Bliss Lawyers is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney to work in the Houston office of a Fortune 500 global technology company. Qualified candidates will have at least seven years of experience and an in-depth understanding of L&E policies, processes, and methodologies applicable in a global enterprise. Advanced L&E degrees and/or D&I certifications are preferred. This position will be responsible for managing internal L&E programs, including compliance and risk management; managing key stakeholder relationships and providing strategic L&E advice to business units; and collaborating with team members to provide L&E guidance globally. Admission to the Texas Bar is required. This position is full-time and a permanent position with the company. Interviews will begin as soon as a qualified candidate is identified and the position will start in December 2019 or January 2020.
