Generation Bio is seeking an energetic, versatile and highly driven attorney to manage and oversee the legal transaction function. The successful candidate will possess significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements and in developing processes and enhancing strategies for the management of various contracts needed to support a company in the preclinical and clinical development stages. This position reports to the Chief Legal Officer.

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years (Associate Director: 6 years) of meaningful legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house pharmaceutical or biotechnology company environment overseeing and managing contracts to support the development of novel therapeutics.
This is a national search but local candidates are preferred.
