(Avis or Company) to conduct a search for a Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Employment Law (Counsel). Our client is an equal opportunity employer. Overview: Reporting to the General Counsel, the Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Employment Law will be responsible for acting as the primary provider of legal support with respect to employment law, employee benefits and employment-related litigation management and oversight, including complex and class actions. The Counsel will oversee the Employment Law Group ("ELG") team consisting of attorneys and paralegals.

Experience: 10+ years of employment law and employee benefits-related subject matter expertise, including at least 5 years of direct litigation experience at a top firm. At least two years of prior in-house experience that must include team management and oversight, litigation management and public company litigation reporting in a field-based operations environment.
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Bar Admission: Member of the New Jersey bar or the ability to secure admission for a New Jersey in house limited license.
