A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Market Access Counsel in New Jersey. You will be acting as a counsel for particular customer groups and other supporting business functions and interacting with global headquarters and other affiliates as needed as well as regularly collaborating with attorneys supporting the Commercial, Clinical and Compliance functions. Responsibilities will include closely collaborating with other team members on pricing, contracting and reimbursement matters, and providing legal support to key stakeholders by assessing federal and state fraud and abuse laws and regulations, lobbying and government ethics laws and rules, promotional regulations, regulatory guidance, enforcement and litigation activity, competitor actions, consumer fraud, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), antitrust laws, product liability and industry guidance. 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience is required. A JD is a must.
