Education Required: Law degree with strong academic credentials. Membership in the Iowa bar is preferable.
Experience Required: Minimum two to five years legal experience in a general corporate or related practice, preferably with strong background in contracts, complex transactions, and some experience with compliance, dispute resolution, employment law, real estate, and construction. Related fuel, agriculture, biosciences or chemical industry experience a plus. Experience at top-tier law firm and/or as company in house counsel is preferred.
Strong legal analysis, synthesis and communication skills required. Decision-making, oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills are required with superior attention to detail. Project management, formal problem solving required
