Are you an experienced contracts attorney interested in a project opportunity in Scottsdale, AZ? This role has the opportunity to become contract-to-hire for the right individual after a trial period. You will be responsible for review and revision of various vendor agreements, leases, OEM agreements; managing and improving new vendor processes and procedures; managing and building strategic partnerships; DPAs; escalating contingent worker agreements; corporate governance support; managing DLA tax projects; managing REPL agreements and execution; drafting collections letters; and other tasks as assigned. 2+ years of relevant contracts attorney experience; experience with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a plus!
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player who can happily assume a leadership role when needed and someone that clients love working with
Very organized, high attention to detail, excellent prioritization skills
