In the Office of General Counsel, under the direction of the Vice President, Global Compliance & Ethics, the Counsel will manage domestic and international internal investigations and the enterprise’s global investigation protocol, as well as other projects as assigned, including supporting and developing training initiatives throughout the Legal Department. The Counsel will work closely with the Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources, and Information Technology Departments as well as outside counsel and other functional business areas on a regular basis. The Counsel will work closely with corporate functions and business units to adequately address issues requiring investigation, including fact-finding, the issuance of recommendations, and follow-through to ensure completion of Remedial Action Plans.
In addition to leading and developing training initiatives on the topic of Investigations, the Counsel will assist colleagues in the Legal Department with developing, implementing, and coordinating trainings for various legal topics, as requested.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, including experience investigating and prosecuting companies with respect to compliance matters is required.
A competitive compensation package will be offered for this position, consistent with a candidate’s level of experience.
Preference for Camp Hill, PA. Other locations/telecommute could be considered for the right candidate.
Bar: Admitted to the bar of at least one U.S. state.
Travel: Approximately 30% domestic and international travel is expected.
