Special Counsel is currently assisting a corporate client that is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Richmond, VA. The client has an immediate need and could get someone started the week of September 30th. This position requires that candidates work on-site in Richmond. Attorneys looking to secure a flexible, part-time opportunity are encouraged to apply.
Assisting in-house attorneys with commercial real estate transactions
Conducting research on potential purchases
Due diligence on client purchases
Reviewing purchase and sale agreements to identify any errors
Other duties assigned by General Counsel
At least 3 years of recent commercial real estate experience as an attorney in law firm or corporate legal setting
Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline driven environment
Must have active bar license in any jurisdiction
