Special Counsel is seeking an Executive Assistant to the General Counsel for a corporation in Colorado as a temporary role that could potentially turn permanent. In this position, you would support 5 attorneys and 2 staff members within the Office of General Counsel by providing administrative support in areas including: meeting planning and coordination, communication and information dissemination, travel calendar management, travel expense reporting, and special project support as assigned.
Assists the General Counsel and the Board Relations team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including processing director expense reports and director charitable contributions, registration of directors for various CoBank, and industry meetings and in the preparation of regular and board reports for the group.
Monitors and coordinates the development and maintenance of a variety of documents that may include policies, procedures, and internal management tools, as well as written presentations and communications.
7 plus years’ administrative experience, including 5 plus years of support of an executive or group of executives.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, organize and prioritize work, effectively managing competing priorities and challenging timelines, under limited supervision.
College degree, with emphasis in business or administrative training
Advanced level competency with computer applications and software, including Microsoft Offices
Advanced interpersonal communications, leadership, planning and organizational skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally and act as a liaison with all levels of staff and management, customers and other outside parties.
