Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) has been exclusively retained by FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc. (Company) to conduct a search for a Chief Compliance Officer position.
Overview: FLEETCOR is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer who has in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to financial services, ideally with an emphasis on the payment/money-transmission regulations. The Chief Compliance Officer will oversee a team leading compliance for all domestic and international business units, including its regulated businesses. The Chief Compliance Officer will report to the General Counsel and will be based in our Atlanta, GA headquarters.
