Overview: The Assistant General Counsel (AGC) reports to the General Counsel and has regular contact with the Company’s leadership team, collaborates with senior managers, and provides legal services to every department within the organization. S/he works closely with the GC and other UPC management to assist with risk identification and mitigation, protect the Company’s legal interests, contribute to potential transactional activity, maintain legally compliant operations, and oversee corporate governance.

Experience: 10+ years’ experience with corporate law, including corporate governance and SEC compliance, insurance regulatory experience, and contracts, as well as some exposure to litigation. SEC and transactional experience would be a plus.
Location: St. Petersburg, FL.
Bar Admission: Active member of the Florida Bar is preferred.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
