Overview: The Senior Counsel, Compensation & Benefits position is part of the Legal Department’s global Labor, Employment, Benefits, & Privacy Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have significant compensation and benefits experience. Senior Counsel will assist the Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment; Lead Counsel, Labor & Employment (Americas); and other attorneys and clients by providing legal advice and counsel on a broad range of topics within his or her general practice area.
Experience: The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant professional legal experience practicing law in a medium to large law firm or in-house legal department. Knowledge and experience with advising on compensation and benefits law will be required.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
