The ideal candidate for this role will have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be a licensed attorney within the 50 U.S. states and/or territories, have 5+ years’ comprehensive experience in the area of privacy and be comfortable working within smaller team dynamics.
The preferred candidate will possess the following skill sets and perform duties thereto:
Excellent legal research as well as writing skills are a requirement for this role.
Will be current on all applicable law and be able to effectively prepare complex legal opinions.
Creating options and written recommendations for responses to various legal issues
Providing legal knowledge and expert guidance regarding administrative, employee benefits, intellectual property, employment, privacy and procurement law
Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda based on research
