A biopharma company is seeking to add a senior member to their business team. This member will be plugged into a business unit and will assist other members in understanding and mitigating risk. Litigation, particularly in the government, is especially valuable for this role. The candidate must be well-credentialed and display a propensity to think strategically and creatively. The candidate should have 8+ years of experience; both law firm and in-house experience is preferred. A JD is required.
