Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of commercial, IP, and/or corporate experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience negotiating commercial lease finance transactions and experience with all laws and regulations governing commercial lease finance, preferably in the technology sector. Experience with securitizations and syndications and/or consumer financial regulations would also be useful for this role.
Compensation: A competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, bonus, and potential for long-term incentive, consistent with a candidate’s level of experience.
Location: Round Rock, Texas or Hopkinton, Massachusetts (with travel to headquarters frequently).
Relocations: Local candidates in either market strongly preferred.
