Corporate Attorney with Commercial Agreement Experience Needed – ATLANTA, GA
Legalpeople’s Atlanta office (formerly known as The Partners Group) is currently staffing a long-term temporary attorney position for a large Atlanta law firm located in Midtown.
The ideal candidate for this position will have four plus years of experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. The contract work will include reviewing and negotiating IT procurements agreement (including software as a service and software license agreements), non-IT procurement agreements (including professional services agreements and goods purchase agreements), sponsorship agreements, charter agreements, hotel and group event agreements, and other commercial agreements.
The successful candidate will work closely with a partner at the firm and will also have a significant amount of client contact, including attending meetings with the firm’s client at their facility. As a result, the successful candidate should be an excellent communicator, tech savvy and be able to represent the firm well in a client facing role.
