Overview: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Counsel serves as the chief legal officer of the Company and is a member of the senior leadership team. The GC is responsible for providing strategic legal and business advice in various areas, including corporate governance, franchising, commercial contracts, intellectual property & trademarks globally, mergers & acquisitions, support of finance and treasury, marketing, litigation management, risk management, international business matters and human resources.

Compensation: Competitive base salary and target bonus commensurate with experience.
Experience: 10-15+ years of legal experience including serving as a General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel in a similarly sized or larger company that has a franchising or multi-unit business model. Public company experience is a must.
Relocation: Yes. This is a national search. However, there is a strong preference for local candidates.
Bar Admission: Admitted in good standing in one or more U.S. Jurisdictions.
