Supervisory Responsibilities 50%-Includes determination and creation of policies, procedures, and manuals for direct reports.
Provide legal advice and guidance on consumer protection regulations administered by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state regulators.
Advise on development and implementation of applicable policies, procedures, and controls.
Minimum 5-8+ years’ experience and any state bar. Experience dealing with credit products or credit offerings.
Prefer in-house experience but solely law firm considered.

-Dodd-Frank Consumer Financial Protection Act;
-Federal Trade Commission Act;
-Fair Credit Reporting Act;
-Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z;
-Equal Credit Opportunity Act;
