A large portion of our business is secondments (temporary engagements) where our lawyers work for our clients who have staffing gaps due to parental or medical leaves, restructurings, hiring freezes and a host of other reasons. Our temporary engagements last, on average, one year and they often convert into permanent positions with our clients. We are looking to expand our talent base to correspond with the increase in our client base. As such, we are seeking resumes of attorneys with experience in a wide range of privacy and data security matters including, but not limited to,creation and implementation of global privacy programs, advising clients in privacy and data security compliance and best practices, crafting privacy policies and procedures, negotiating privacy and data security terms in vendor contracts, and data analytics experience,among others. Knowledge of GDPR is a plus, as well as CIPP certification.
