Rare opportunity for a litigator to go in-house with a federally-mandated non-profit that has restored billions of dollars to investors that was lost by failed brokerage firms.
Firm Advice has been asked on an exclusive basis by a national non-profit headquartered in DC to identify a stellar litigation attorney. This attorney will assist with cases of national importance that make the headlines. Working with dedicated team members, the selected attorney will conduct research, draft persuasive motions and pleadings, and, ultimately, present arguments in court.

Other requirements include:
J.D. from an accredited law school; member in good standing of a bar of the U.S.;
Two to five years’ litigation experience obtained in a law firm handling complex matters; and
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
