Overview: The Director, Legal Counsel reports to the SVP & General Counsel – Global Litigation, and will have responsibility for managing a large portfolio of U.S. antitrust and other commercial litigations (including a number of so-called “reverse-payment” antitrust cases), compliance with Teva’s FTC Consent Decree, managing Teva’s relationship with the FTC, advising the U.S. business regarding antitrust issues and risks, and coordinating with the Intellectual Property team regarding patent settlements.

Compensation: Competitive compensation package consistent with the candidate’s level of experience.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of antitrust litigation experience, which experience should include at least three (3) years of foundational training at an Am Law firm. Experience with pharmaceutical antitrust litigation is required. Experience with reverse-payment litigation is a major plus.
Relocation: Yes, but local/regional candidates are preferred.
Bar Admission: Admitted in good standing to the bar of at least one state and eligible for admission to the New Jersey bar as in-house counsel.
