Located centrally in London, the role offers a permanent appointment.
The work is diverse across corporate & commercial and finance related matters such as proposed financings across the group, corporate acquisitions and disposals and other general commercial work to include a wide range of commercial and other agreements such as procurement, construction, IP/IT and licensing agreements.
You will be a mid-level Lawyer with requisite post qualified UK or other relevant common law jurisdictional experience of a minimum of 5 years.
Your experience will be mainly in the fields of corporate, project and/or real estate finance to include diverse corporate & commercial experience (including corporate acquisitions).
