Bliss Lawyers is seeking a transactional generalist attorney to work in the Pasadena, CA office of an investment firm. Qualified candidates will have at least six years of experience in a variety of matters, including compliance experience and experience negotiating ISDA agreements. Knowledge of the margin rules is preferred. The attorney in this role will be responsible for providing support with HR matters, engagement letters, investment management agreements, vendor contracts, licensing agreements and other technology related agreements. Admission to the California Bar is required. This is a full time (50 hours per week), temporary role that is expected to last for three to twelve months. Interviews will begin as soon as qualified candidates are identified and the role will start as soon as the right candidate is selected.
