Overview: The Corporate Counsel, Americas will work on corporate and commercial legal matters for Boardriders’ businesses. The successful candidate will have experience working in a general corporate legal department or law firm. The Corporate Counsel, Americas’ focus will be corporate and commercial matters for Boardriders’ companies, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and providing legal advice on a broad range of topics. S/he will cultivate relationships across departments to encourage open dialogue regarding potential legal issues. The Corporate Counsel, Americas will report to Boardriders’ General Counsel, Americas.

Experience: 3+ years of transactional experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and transactions.
