JURISolutions is partnering with one of our clients to hire an experienced Sr. Commercial Attorney in Phoenix, AZ.
We are seeking a Sr. Commercial Attorney with 4-10 years of experience to support multiple clients managed by our clients’ contract services division. This opportunity is a full-time permanent position and is on site in the Phoenix, AZ area.
The attorney will be drafting complex commercial contracts for which no client templates exist, reviewing, red-lining and comparing contracts, as well as creating and updating playbooks. Experience with contract management software and workflow tools experience are a plus. Experience working with multinational companies and supporting businesses and/or clients in all geographies is preferred.
