Position Overview: As a key member of FLIR’s executive management team, this position will be accountable for leadership and management of all legal, compliance, and related matters in support of the Company’s overall business objectives.
Experience: 15+ years of legal experience. Previous public company General Counsel experience is required, as is board and corporate governance experience. Experience must include a broad based legal background, management of a team and experience as a key representative in dealings with regulatory agencies.
Compensation: Competitive base, bonus, and equity.
Location: Arlington, Virginia.
Relocation: This is a national search.
Bar: Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
