The Systems Administrator manages Legal Department technology systems and how the Legal Department and its clients interact with technology. This includes supporting facilitation of changes related to current and future work models and establishing creative solutions to business problems while promoting productivity, best practices, high-quality client service, and innovation. Skilled in translating business functional requirements into technical requirements. Facilitates the development and implementation of projects of varied scope, including analyzing, designing, and implementing new and improved workflows and processes in support of Legal Department business objectives.
Qualified candidate supports and contributes to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Department technology. Responsible for day-to-day administrative aspects of the systems such as administrative backups, maintaining and monitoring performance; security error processing, workflow, and testing
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience is required; prefer degree in related field (i.e., Information technology, Information Management Systems). Demonstrated knowledge and experience with business intelligence and/or business systems, tools and applications required. Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system design principles, (specifically CA Clarity), software development methodologies, and computer programming.
