Fandango seeks a transactional attorney to join our legal team. The Legal & Business Affairs Counsel will be responsible for drafting and negotiating Fandango’s technology agreements and movie ticketing agreements.
Draft and negotiate technology agreements, including software licenses and service agreements
Draft and negotiate agreements with movie theaters
3+ years of transactional legal experience
Major law firm, or technology company, experience
Top 20 law school
California Bar Membership or In-House Counsel Registration (if non-California bar member)
Prior experience drafting and negotiating contracts (technology contracts preferred)
Strong commercial sensibilities
Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
