Overview: The Senior Legal Counsel, Trust Company will be part of a team of attorneys responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to T. Rowe Price Trust Company and its affiliates relating to the collective investment trusts sponsored by the Trust Company. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the various legal and regulatory regimes governing collective investment trusts, including applicable securities and tax laws, banking laws, and laws and regulations concerning retirement plans (e.g., ERISA). The type of collective investment trusts offered by the Trust Company are commonly known as "3(c)(11) trusts," "A2 trusts," and/or "81-100 trusts."
Experience: 10+ years of related work experience from a top tier law firm or in-house legal department.
Compensation: Competitive base salary and bonus commensurate with experience.
Location: Owings Mills, MD, a suburb of Baltimore (some flexibility on location for the right candidate).

Bar: Active member in good standing of the bar of a United States state or jurisdiction.
