Assist the General Counsel in a wide variety of legal matters in support of the Legal Affairs function within the organization.

A competitive base salary consistent with the candidate’s level of experience.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant legal experience that includes experience in a general corporate, higher education, or other in-house legal department and/or large law firm. Some experience in litigation, contracting, data security and privacy, intellectual property and working with outside counsel is required.
