This is a role ideally tailored for a Property Lawyer whose responsibilities are to focus on working across major property contracts and agreements. You will have a high level of competency with respect to your ability to draft and work on large scale and often complex agreements, variations and renewals plus strategies for securing occupation and rights effectively using contractual and statutory means. You will have knowledge of the Landlords & Tenants Act and experience with respect to the Digital Economy Act.
You will be a confident communicator and be independent in your ability to interface with landowner representatives and keeping shareholders full appraised of matters of strategic merit.
It is essential you will have a common senses approach when engaging and working closely with internal stakeholders with a character that appeals to working in an environment where there is largely a focus on your ability to be highly engaging and interactive both externally and internally.
You will be a private practice or in-house lawyer who is UK qualified or have relevant common law experience.
As this role is strategic, you will support the business with any strategic initiatives and assist the business with training and implementing processes.
The position is based in Berkshire with close access to public transport.

Additional Salary Information: £50,000 - £80,000 per annum
