dosist is an innovative health and wellness company in the cannabis space seeking a versatile, dedicated and effective generalist with at least 9 years of prior corporate transactional experience, preferably gained both at a leading law firm and in-house, to serve as the #2 attorney in its growing legal department. The Vice President, Corporate & Commercial Legal Affairs will work closely with the company's Chief Legal Officer and will be tasked with oversight of a variety of complex commercial contracts and transactions. Additionally, the right candidate will have prior experience (and a willingness to grow) in at least one or more other substantive areas, including IP, M&A, corporate securities, government affairs, L&E/HR, litigation management, and/or regulatory compliance.
