Overview: The Ethics and Compliance Senior Manager reports into the Senior Director, Ethics and Compliance and will work closely with the Ethics and Compliance Office (ECO), the Global Compliance Team (GCT), and other key stakeholders at Home Office and within the South American/Central American (SAM/CAM) region to provide solutions that support the Ethics and Compliance Office (ECO) and program. The role is responsible for developing, leading, and overseeing various operational needs and occasional enhancement initiatives of the ECO.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in compliance, risk management, corporate governance, or forensic accounting. CCEP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
