Major, Lindsey & Africa has been retained to handle the Counsel-Lilly Oncology Legal search for Eli Lilly and Company. This position will provide global strategic legal advice and practical counsel to global product development and US brand teams for Lilly Oncology. This attorney will provide legal advice for investigational and/or approved products and will liaise with regional and specialty legal colleagues in order to counsel product development and brand teams on various legal matters including FDA clinical development, labeling and promotional matters, medical affairs, product distribution and reimbursement, the Anti-kickback Statute and its safe harbors, the False Claims Act, antitrust, commercial law, and business transactions. The position will report to the General Counsel, Lilly Oncology.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of legal experience gained from a law firm or practicing in-house at a pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company’s law department or a combination of the two.
