Overview: E*TRADE is seeking a technology transactions attorney to provide advice and counsel on a wide range of business-to-business commercial matters for E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services, Inc. (“ETCS”), located in Alpharetta, GA. This position will report directly to the Vice President and Associate General Counsel responsible for overall legal oversight of ETCS.
