Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) has been exclusively retained by Kindred at Home (Company) to conduct a search for a Regulatory Counsel position.
Overview: The Regulatory Counsel will report directly to the Chief Operations Counsel and will work collaboratively with Kindred at Home’s senior leadership team. The Regulatory Counsel will support the company through the interpretation and education of regulatory changes; providing guidance and recommendations on such matters to the Chief Operations Counsel and senior management. This position requires deep knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry.

Experience: The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of healthcare regulatory law experience in connection with federal and state healthcare programs with a top tier law firm, governmental regulatory organization or major healthcare corporation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and an ability to understand and present complex rules and regulations in a straightforward manner. Healthcare industry experience is required. A combination of top tier law firm or in-house experience in a healthcare corporation is a clear advantage.
