We are working with a long-term care healthcare provider who has a need for a SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY in Texas. This is a great, and rare, opportunity for someone specializing in healthcare litigation to move in-house, have complete autonomy over the litigation docket, and to get rid of those pesky billable hours! This person can sit at any of the company’s offices throughout Texas, or even at home.
4+ years of experience in litigation, at least some of which includes all phases of long-term care litigation
Substantial experience with Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code
Familiarity with LTC defense, regulations, CMS, standard of care, etc.
A license to practice in Texas
Telecommuting is allowed.
