Prime seeks a seasoned labor attorney to join our growing legal department. The labor attorney will work closely with key leadership at both the corporate and local levels across the health system. The labor attorney will have a lead role in bargaining with numerous healthcare unions in several states. The labor attorney will also be responsible for managing outside counsel in labor arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. This position requires significant travel, including travel to the corporate headquarters in Ontario, California.
Education: J.D. from ABA Accredited Law School
Licenses: Member in Good Standing of State Bar of California; Admitted/Eligible for Admission to Federal District Courts for Central, Eastern, and Southern District of California.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of prior legal experience in law firm, public sector, and/or in-house position. Minimum ten (10) years as first-chair management negotiator for collective bargaining agreements.
