Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, the Vice President, Transactions Counsel will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of legal work on M&A and licensing activities, business development, and related matters with other attorneys in the legal department and other corporate departments such as operations, corporate communications, real estate/facilities, investor relations, finance and accounting, tax and treasury.

15+ years of legal experience as a transactional attorney with pharmaceutical experience in either an in-house or major law firm environment. A strong diverse corporate background is required, with direct experience in corporate, finance and other transactional (specifically M&A) matters. Experience managing other legal professionals is required and international experience is a plus.
Local candidates preferred.
Admitted to the Bar of at least one state and eligible for admission to the New Jersey Bar as in-house counsel.
