Leading, professional services firm, which provides innovative systems and products to government and commercial customers worldwide, seeks to hire two accomplished government contracts lawyers with a minimum of seven years’ (ideally, ten plus years’) experience. These positions will support two of the company’s largest and most innovative business divisions.
A unique feature of both positions is the ability to serve as an operations counsel for several business groups. While maintaining your government contracts core focus, you will gain experience akin to that of a generalist in-house counsel for a small company supporting a business division with all of its legal needs.
Each position requires a minimum of seven years’ prior experience in federal procurement matters, ideally combining AmLaw 100 law firm training and/or prior in-house experience.
Ability to respond to a range of legal issues that arise from diverse business activities is required as is the ability to work collaboratively and build internal relationships.
These opportunities will allow you to build upon existing government contracts expertise while expanding your substantive knowledge in related disciplines.
