Our client, Molina Healthcare, Inc., is a Fortune 500, multi-state health care organization that arranges for the delivery of health care services and offers health information management solutions to nearly five million individuals and families who receive their care through Medicaid, Medicare and other government-funded programs in fifteen states.
Seeking an exceptional litigator with deep experience—including trial experience—handling employment litigation matters, the Managing Counsel, Litigation position will provide employment-related legal advice to Molina’s HR professionals as well as its management team and will work to build a cohesive, company-wide culture of compliance by identifying and developing strategies pertaining to compliance with federal, state and local laws. Must have 10+ years of experience in employment counseling, and management of employment litigation. In-house experience required.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Relocation assistance is available, but there is a strong preference for local candidates.
Must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar.
