Currently, we are seeking a Corporate Counsel to be based at corporate office in Cincinnati, OH. We are currently seeking a part-time Corporate Counsel but may consider a fulltime position.
The Corporate Counsel will provide legal support and advice to the Company's business units on a variety of legal and risk management issues, policy development, and corporate governance matters.
Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and other legal instruments
Support company business objectives by providing legal support and advice to business units
Research and provide advice on legal and regulatory issues
Supervise outside counsel as necessary
Provide litigation management as necessary
Undergraduate degree plus J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted to Ohio bar, with excellent academic credentials
At least 4 years of experience with a major law firm or an in-house corporate legal department
Ability to travel to company facilities as needed
Experience reviewing and drafting contracts with intellectual property, information technology, and licensing components would be beneficial
