Overview: The Senior Counsel – Commercial is primarily responsible for all necessary legal support to trade marketing team and its initiatives including but not limited to counsel about and support for: federal and state antitrust laws (with special emphasis on the Robinson-Patman Act); general product distribution laws and issues; pricing issues including state and local pricing laws for tobacco; and other commercial related matters. Antitrust (Robinson-Patman) experience is required. There will be opportunities over time for professional growth for competent and collaborative performers.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in relevant business areas required, and significant experience with antitrust (Robinson-Patman) and distribution areas is mandatory. Larger in-house law department or large law firm experience preferred.
Relocation: Yes, this is a national search.
Bar: Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
