Bliss Lawyers is seeking a technology transactions attorney to work in the San Francisco office of a software company. Qualified candidates will have at least six years of law firm and in-house technology/software/cloud company experience. The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating and drafting technology revenue agreements and negotiating privacy and security terms. Cloud technology experience is required. The attorney in this role will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including customer subscription agreements, professional services arrangements, strategic partner agreements, procurement contracts, and confidentiality agreements; assisting the legal team’s efforts in the preparation, implementation and optimization of forms, processes and procedures; and other duties as assigned. Admission to the California Bar is required. This is a part-time (25+ hours per week), temporary role that is expected to last through the end of the year and may convert to a permanent position with the company. Hours could increase based on workload and availability of candidate. Partial or full telecommuting may be allowed for the right candidate. Interviews will begin as soon as qualified candidates are identified and the role will start as soon as the right candidate is selected.
