Nestlé Starbucks Coffee will market, sell, and distribute Starbucks, Seattle’s Best, and Teavana packaged coffee and tea in global at-home and away-from-home channels. We are looking for an experienced commercial attorney to support these iconic brands as part of an exciting, fast-paced, and growing business.
Experience: The successful candidate will have 8+ years’ experience as a general business lawyer with a background representing large, complex businesses, working with senior leadership, and possessing a strong commitment to client-service and finding solutions. The ideal candidate will also have prior in-house experience and foundational training obtained in a large law firm, with experience representing clients on a broad and varied range of commercial matters. Experience in consumer packaged goods and food service is preferred, but not essential. Candidates should have experience with commercial transactions, sales, distribution and antitrust compliance, product claims, advertising and marketing, and business disputes.
Compensation: A competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
Relos: Local candidates strongly preferred.
Bar: Current membership in the Washington State Bar or the ability to become registered in-house counsel in Washington State.
