An international major player in the Life Sciences and Diagnostic industry is searching for an in-house attorney to join its US legal team.
Work with business teams to analyze and solve legal and compliance issues in a cutting-edge international technological environment
Advise executives and other internal business clients on a wide range of complex and rapidly developing legal, compliance and business issues including intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, competition law and dispute resolution
Structure, draft, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements, including development, license, distribution, marketing, sales, and service agreements
Seven years or more of experience practicing law (preferably in the Life Sciences and Diagnostic industry), in particular working with corporate and commercial agreements. In-house experience required; law firm experience a plus.
