Currently, we're on the hunt for exceptional Commercial Contracts/Technology Transactions lawyers in Nashville. Below are representative requirements and responsibilities that we have for typical client engagements.
2+ years of transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and drafting associated language and terms
Excellent vendor contract negotiation skills, including but not limited to contracts for internal stakeholders in sales/business development, procurement, marketing, product development, human resources, licensing, technology, and finance
Experience negotiating and drafting a range of IT agreements, such as licensing and distribution agreements, and software licensing (SaaS)
Active membership in the TN State Bar required
The responsibilities for this role will include:
Providing practical legal advice and support on transactional business matters in a fast-paced environment
Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions on various transactions
