Corporate Generalist, Employment/HR, General Commercial/Contracts
Corporate Generalist - Responsibilities Include:
Reviewing, drafting and advising on a variety of commercial documents including: software license agreements, supply agreements, distributor agreements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, commercial leases, purchasing and procurement documents, consulting agreements.
Management of litigation and dispute resolution, including participation is written discovery and responding to subpoenas and other information requests.
Providing general legal support to business operations, including undertaking legal research.
Experience counseling and advising businesses on regulatory and compliance risks.
J.D. from ABA accredited law school with strong academic record in law school and undergraduate school.
3-4 years of experience in private practice (large law firm preferred) or in-house (global company preferred).
Member of the bar and in good standing in at least one state.
Some travel required (10-15%)
