OVERVIEW: Outstanding opportunity to join an exciting, innovative, and global healthcare insights and analytics business. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Counsel is the principal legal officer of the Company, with overall responsibility for the vision and leadership of the Company’s global legal strategy and services and the management of legal risk throughout the organization. A member of the Company’s senior management team, the General Counsel will serve as legal counsel and strategic advisor to the Company’s executive team and Board of Directors.

EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of broad-based corporate legal experience dealing with a variety of sophisticated legal issues in a global life sciences and/or technology company. This position requires both top tier law firm training and in-house experience in roles of increasing scope and responsibility, ideally as a General Counsel or a Deputy General Counsel of a global private or public life science and/or health care technology company.
COMPENSATION: A highly competitive compensation package including long-term incentive will be offered for this position consistent with the candidate’s level of experience.
LOCATION: Burlington or Boston, MA (with regular commuting to each office).
