An exciting, Philadelphia-region life sciences company, with major research university backing and a blue chip group of sophisticated institutional investors, has exclusively retained us to handle their search for a VP and Head of Intellectual Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior management, equity stakeholders and third parties on strategy and execution related to patentable technology and assets. This will include matters related to newly-developed intellectual property, collaboration and licensing agreements, diligence on IP that may be acquired and freedom to operate considerations.
